THE TIME DRIVE
Recognizing that some kids don’t just need time, they need someone who understands their experience. Including mentors from the LGBTQ+ community who may not always feel seen or invited into that space. The approach reframed what it means to give back. Inspired by the idea of a blood drive, the Time Donation Drive invited people to donate something just as valuable. Their time.
My role was to guide the work with care and intention. Ensuring the idea remained respectful, empowering, and grounded in truth, while giving the team space to push it into something meaningful.
