An invitation only matters if people feel welcome. For a brand working to redefine itself, the challenge wasn’t just a new platform. It was a history that shaped how certain audiences experienced the brand. The approach was to show people as they are, in moments that matter, and make it clear they are seen as individuals whose stories belong in that space.
My role was to guide the work with that responsibility in mind. Ensuring the team approached the idea with honesty, cultural awareness, and care, while pushing for stories that felt real and grounded.
